When I reached the top of a company, there was nobody left to really talk to. My peers were competitors. My team needed certainty from me. My family didn't have the context.

So the hardest decisions got made alone, and that was expensive. I left at 40, after making the biggest decision of my career with no one at my level to talk it through.

I built The iGaming Leader so senior people in this industry would not have to.

How I run it

1. I read every application myself, and speak to every applicant before they join.
2. I match every Inner Circle myself, using the Compass method, and check every Circle for conflicts of interest.
3. Every member signs an NDA. Nothing leaves the Circle. No pitching: one warning, then out.
4. I run a quarterly 1:1 strategy call with every member.
